1. Who provides the service
Services are provided by Panagiota Alkistis Sachla, Registered Nurse, BSc, MSc, registration no. 23858, member of the Hellenic Nurses Association (ENE Reg. No. 41473) under Law 3252/2004, trading as “Sparta Nurse Care”, Sparta, Laconia, Greece. Contact: phone +30 6984696331, email spartanursecare@gmail.com. [Business address and tax ID — to be added].
2. Nature of the services
- Only nursing procedures within the professional scope of a registered nurse are provided, in line with Greek law and the Nurses’ Code of Ethics (Ministerial Decision Γ6α/Γ.Π. 34397/2024, Government Gazette B΄ 6002/30.10.2024).
- The services are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment or prescribing, and do not replace a doctor.
- This is not an emergency service. “24/7” means you can get in touch at any time; visits take place by prior arrangement and subject to availability. In an emergency call 166 (ambulance, EKAB) or 112.
3. Medical orders, medicines and supplies
- Intravenous therapy, administration of medicines (e.g. injections) and other procedures that require it can only be carried out with a valid order or prescription from the treating doctor, provided before the procedure.
- Medicines and consumables are supplied by the patient or family, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4. Patient and family obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information on health status, medical history, allergies and medication.
- Ensure a safe and suitable home environment for the care to be provided.
- For minors or persons unable to consent, a parent, legal representative or adult relative must be present.
- Follow the treating doctor’s instructions and report any change in treatment.
5. Information and consent
Before each nursing procedure the patient (or their legal representative) is informed in plain language about the procedure, possible risks and alternatives, and the procedure is carried out only with their consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Right to refuse or stop a procedure
The nurse may refuse or stop a procedure if: a required medical order is missing; the procedure is outside nursing competence; conditions are unsafe for the patient or the nurse; or the patient’s condition requires medical assessment or transfer to a health facility. The patient/family will be informed and, where needed, advised to contact their doctor or 166/112.
7. Appointments, cancellations and fees
- Visits are arranged in advance by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Fees are agreed in advance for each visit or procedure, before the service is provided, in line with the information requirements of Greek Law 2251/1994 (Article 3b). No prices are published on this website.
- A legal tax receipt/invoice is issued for every payment.
- Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or move an appointment. [Any cancellation terms — to be added].
- Services are provided privately. This website does not claim any contract with EOPYY or insurers; please check with your insurer about possible reimbursement.
8. Confidentiality and personal data
The nurse is bound by professional secrecy for everything learned in the course of her work (Article 371 of the Greek Criminal Code; Nurses’ Code of Ethics). Personal data, in particular health data, are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019. See the Privacy policy.
9. Liability
The nurse provides her services with the care required by the rules of nursing science. To the extent permitted by law, she is not liable for consequences caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, failure to follow medical instructions, or unsuitable medicines or supplies she did not provide. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular for intent or gross negligence or for harm to life or health (Article 332 of the Greek Civil Code), nor does it affect your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Sparta have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.

These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies; for services already agreed, the terms in force at the time of the agreement apply.
