1. Data controller
The data controller is Panagiota Alkistis Sachla (Σαχλά Παναγιώτα Άλκηστις), Registered Nurse, BSc, MSc (Reg. No. 23858, ENE Reg. No. 41473), trading as “Sparta Nurse Care”, Sparta, Laconia 23100, Greece. [Postal address and tax ID — to be added]. Contact for data protection matters: spartanursecare@gmail.com, tel. +30 6984696331.
2. What data we collect
The website has no contact form and does not collect or store visitors’ personal data. You contact the nurse directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. In that case the nurse only receives the details you choose to give her (e.g. name, phone number, email address, message content) and handles them herself, outside the website.
The website does not use any advertising tools. An analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) is enabled only if you give consent — see below. The hosting server may temporarily process technical data (e.g. IP address) for security and abuse-prevention purposes. Your browser’s language setting (Accept-Language header) is used only to show the appropriate language version and is not stored.
Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)
If you enable “Statistics” in the cookie settings, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure aggregate website traffic (e.g. pages, device, approximate region). The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 4(5) of Greek Law 3471/2006). We use Google Consent Mode v2: advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) stay denied, and Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Cookies: _ga and _ga_PV1FK0P94Y, lifetime up to 2 years; event data is retained in GA4 for up to 14 months. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). You can withdraw consent at any time with the round cookie button at the bottom left; tracking then stops and the _ga cookies are deleted. See also Google’s privacy policy.
3. Purpose of processing
Details you give when you get in touch are used solely to respond to your request and to arrange and provide home nursing care.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR (steps taken at your request before providing the service). Any health information discussed in the course of nursing care is covered by professional confidentiality (Article 9(2)(h) GDPR). [to be confirmed]
5. Retention
The website does not store any messages. Messages and calls are kept on the nurse’s phone and in her mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request. [Exact deletion period — to be added].
6. Recipients / processors
- The services you use to get in touch (phone carrier, WhatsApp, email provider) process data under their own terms.
- Website hosting provider: [to be added].
- OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom — covered by an EU adequacy decision): only if you choose “Show map”, it receives your IP address in order to display the map.
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. If a provider is located outside the EEA, any transfer is made with the appropriate GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses). [to be confirmed]
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectification,
- erasure,
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object,
- withdraw your consent (e.g. for cookies) at any time.

8. Cookies and local storage
The website only uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage (localStorage) to remember your choices (cookies, language, accessibility). See the Cookie policy.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
